Many Mirevia items are handmade or hand-assembled. Minor bubbles, small surface texture, slight asymmetry, tiny glue marks, natural stone variation, pearl variation, bead variation, and slight color differences are normal for handmade jewelry and are not considered defects if they do not affect normal wear.

Prices, product availability, shipping fees, free shipping rules, promotions, and limited offers may change without advance notice. An order is not confirmed until payment is accepted and Mirevia confirms that the item or materials are available.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Mirevia is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or extra fees caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unsupported addresses.

Customized, personalized, made-to-order, livestream-confirmed, mystery bag, blind bag, lucky scoop, lucky pick, sale, clearance, final-sale, and limited-offer items may have special rules and may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange unless required by law or caused by Mirevia’s mistake.

Mirevia reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, impossible to fulfill, restricted by shipping limitations, or affected by pricing or listing errors.
